The following will show you a step-by-step guide to complete reset Windows Local and Domain password with Windows Password Recovery Ultimate. It also can create new local or domain user to Windows, and delete a local or domain user from Windows.

Firstly, download Windows Password Recovery and then install and run it.
Reset Windows password
Step 1: Create a Windows password reset disk
1. Install and run the software.
2. Insert a CD/DVD/USB Flash Drive to computer, and then select 'USB device' or 'CD/DVD.

3. Click 'Begin burning' button to start burning.
Step 2: Reset Windows password with created CD/DVD reset disk
Insert the Windows password reset disk to your locked computer and set the computer to boot from CD/DVD or USB drive.
To set the computer to boot from CD/DVD-ROM, please refer to How to set computer to boot from CD/DVD-ROM.
To set the computer to boot from USB drive, please refer to How to set computer to boot from USB drive.
After booting the Windows password reset disk, you are able to
Reset Windows Local Password for Windows 8/7/Vista/XP/NT/2008/2003/2000
Reset Windows Domain Password for Windows 2000/2003(R2)/2008(R2) servers that act as domain controllers.
Reset Windows Local password
1. Select Windows system you would like to reset the password.

2. Select a user you want to reset its password.

3. Click 'Reset' button to reset user password.

Note: If your Windows is Windows 8/7/Vista/XP/2000, the password will be set to blank (You can log on without password). If your Windows is Server 2008/2003/2000, the password will be set to Pakey@2011 by default. Please remember it.
4. Once the Windows password has been successfully reset, you can click 'Reboot' button to restart computer and log into your computer.
Note: Please eject the Windows password reset disk before Windows restarts.
Reset Windows Domain password
1. Select Windows server system you would like to reset the password.

2. Select a user you want to reset its password.

3. Click 'Reset' button to reset user password.

Note: The password will be set to Pakey@2011 by default. Please remember it.
4. Once the Windows password has been successfully reset, you can click 'Reboot' button to restart computer and log into your computer.
Note: Please eject the Windows password reset disk before Windows restarts.
Create new Windows Local or Domain account
Windows Password Recovery Ultimate can create a new local and domain account with administrator privilege. You’ll be able to access your computer by using this administartor account.
1. Select Windows system you would like to create a new administrator account.

2. Click 'Add User' button to create a new user.

And then in the pop up dialog, enter user name and password, and then click 'OK' button. Shown as follow:

3. Once the new user has been successfully created, you can click 'Reboot' button to restart computer and login Windows system with the new username and password.
Note: Please eject the Windows password reset disk before Windows restarts.
Delete a Windows Local or Domain account
Windows Password Recovery Ultimate can help you delete Windows Local and Domain account. If you want to delete a user (except Administrator), you can use 'Add User' button to add it, and then delete it.
1. Select Windows system you would like to delete a account.

2. Select a user you want to delete it.

3. Click 'Delete' button to delete a user.

And then in the pop up dialog, click 'Yes' button to go on, or click 'Cancel' button to cancel this operation.
