Step 2: Boot the computer from CD/DVD or USB Drive
Option 1. Boot the computer from CD/DVD:
1.Insert the burned CD/DVD to your locked computer. Start your locked computer and press F2/F10/Delete to enter BIOS setup.
Note: The BIOS entry key is different based on manufacturers, but F2, F10 or Delete are the most common keys.
2.Use the arrow keys to select 'Boot' menu, and then select Boot Device Priority and press Enter.

3.In Boot Device Priority, select 1st Boot Device to CDROM.

4.Press F10 to save the setting and Exit.
Option 2. Boot the computer from USB:
1.Insert the burned USB Drive to your locked computer. Start your locked computer and press F2/F10/Delete to enter BIOS setup.
2.Use the arrow keys to select 'Boot' menu, and then select Boot Device Priority and press Enter.

Note: If you cannot find USB drive after entering Boot Device Priority, you will need to enter Hard Disk Drives to adjust USB to 1st Drive at first.
3.Go back to Boot Device Priority, and you will find the USB drive. Select 1st Boot Device to USB.

4.Press F10 to save the setting and Exit.
Step 3: Recover Windows 7 password
After booting from CD/DVD or USB Drive, you will see screenshot shown as follow:

1. Select Windows 7 system you would like to recover the password.
2. Select a user you want to recover its password.
3. Click 'Reset' button to remove the password.
4. Click 'Reboot' button to restart computer.
